Dave is a RiseNow partner and professional services executive with more than 30 years of management consulting and business operations experience. Dave brings Big 4 consulting leadership and experience, including 17 years with Accenture (associate partner) delivering successful results for clients such as AlliedSignal Aerospace, Baxter, BNSF Railway, BP, and Caterpillar.
Dave possesses deep supply chain and materials management experience (S2P, MRP, DRP, point-of-use) across numerous sectors, including aerospace and defense, industrial products, transportation, energy, high tech, healthcare IDNs, pharmaceuticals, and retail. Dave is CPIM-certified with APICS.
Since 2010, as a RiseNow Partner, Dave has built and led experienced delivery teams that have successfully delivered more than 120 spend management solutions across numerous verticals for clients such as Trinity Health, Intermountain Healthcare, YRC Worldwide, Endo Pharmaceuticals, AECOM, and Land O’ Lakes.
Brad brings more than 15 years of experience to RiseNow. He works with public and private sector companies, leading procurement transformations and strategic sourcing initiatives, and helping deploy technology to reduce maverick spend and increase spend visibility.
Brad’s solid understanding of the capabilities of solutions and his dedication to customer success helps RiseNow recommend the best solution for each customer while ensuring that projects are delivered on-time and within budget.
Brad has extensive experience with Ariba, BuyerQuest, Coupa, and Jaggaer, and has implemented source-to-pay applications for more than 30 customers, including IBM, United Airlines, Highmark Health, and QVC.
Darren is the Practice Lead for the RiseNow healthcare practice and has more than 25 years of leadership experience. A majority of his time has been spent leading operations and sales teams at Cardinal Health and Owens & Minor, both Fortune 500 healthcare supply chain organizations. His responsibilities include building client feasibility studies, business case development, and project management.
As an early adopter, Darren led the design and implementation of the industry’s first distributor-managed consolidated service center (CSC) for Iowa Health (UnityPoint). Other key clients include: Upper Midwest CSC, CHI, Quorum, Community Hospital Corp, and Hospital Sisters Health System.
In addition to his extensive knowledge in supply chain, he brings experience in medical surgical product marketing, sourcing, acquisitions, payor processing, equipment asset management, data mining, and analytics.
Dan is vice president of client engagement and has more than 35 years of experience in business development and project leadership. Dan has been with the CCP Global group of companies, including what is now known as RiseNow, since December 2002. Dan’s primary responsibility is the execution and messaging of RiseNow’s strategy while leading its executive-level governance model for all strategic projects.
Dan utilizes his experience to develop commitments to our clients while assisting in our project team’s successful implementations at multiple organizations, including UNC Healthcare, Trinity Health, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Lincoln Financial Group, and Lexmark.
Bill heads the Integration-based Solutions group within RiseNow. With more than 34 years of development and consulting experience, Bill has held the bottom-line responsibility for over 200 development initiatives. Of those, more than 150 were done on a fixed-bid basis, and nearly two-thirds were on a collapsed time-frame basis.
Bill’s team at RiseNow addresses the critical gaps in a company’s core systems—then uses technology and model-based development to address those gaps. In doing so, RiseNow enhances the value and extends the life of a client’s core systems. Bill graduated from Iowa State University and began his career in the consulting division of what is now known as Accenture.
Jim is the healthcare supply chain advisor for RiseNow. He incorporates his 40 years of global manufacturing and logistics experience across multiple industries to bring world-class, cash-releasing supply chain concepts to the healthcare industry.
Since 2005, Jim and his team have been consulting for health systems and governments interested in developing and monetizing integrated supply models that reduce both the health system’s and the supplier’s cost-to-serve. U.S. clients for whom self-distribution models have been implemented include Unity Point, Shands Healthcare, Trinity Health, Beaumont Health, Highmark/Allegheny Health Network, and Orlando Health.
Amber is an experienced and versatile professional with a 13-year demonstrated history of Presales, Project Management and Solution Consulting roles in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) organizations. She is a Senior Manager on the RiseNow Spend Management team currently managing and consulting on various projects across the RiseNow portfolio.
She is an adaptable, hardworking leader with excellent communication skills and experience in Requirements Analysis, Enterprise Software System Implementation, Agile Methodologies, and Business Process Improvement.
She has built a career upon a strong work ethic, teamwork, customer success and is a true believer in providing our clients the tools they need to succeed and scale their processes for future growth.
Bill King is a director at RiseNow bringing his proven track record for sourcing, client success and leadership skills. He is a recognized leader and visionary in spend management with over 20 years of expertise in strategic sourcing, sourcing best practices, contract management, contract development, supplier value management, project management and spend analytics. He has extensive experience in enabling technology to achieve best practices for his clients while also developing strategies to help them build powerful supplier partnerships.
Bill has implemented over 40 S2P systems for clients ranging from healthcare to high tech, manufacturing, GPOs, BPOs, telecom, financial and services. Prior to RiseNow, he spent 8 years at JAGGAER (formerly BravoSolution) and over 10 years at Vizient (formerly Novation).
Bill is a leader with more than 20 years of experience in supply chain, with 13 of those years focused on healthcare supply chain with the TECSYS suite of WMS, DMS, and MDM modules. Originating from the operational team of Resource Optimization & Innovation (ROi), he has firsthand knowledge of what it takes to be successful in this industry using TECSYS software.
During his time as a consultant for TECSYS, Bill worked with organizations such as Piedmont Health, Orlando Health, North Mississippi Health Services, McKesson and Health, and Human Services. He later led a team that provided technical support to ROi. He brings a perspective that is based on his broad portfolio of 11 healthcare-focused implementations and numerous projects and integrations. This combination uniquely positions Bill to assist healthcare supply chains by more quickly recognizing their return on investment when utilizing this software.
Brian brings more than 18 years of experience in the Source to Pay software industry. Prior to joining RiseNow, Brian was employed by Jaggaer. Brian has worked with higher education institutes, state governments, large global pharmaceutical and Life Sciences companies.
Brian has implemented 10 S2P and P2P client systems to gain efficiencies throughout the procurement process, reduce unauthorized spend and has supported the use of the Jaggaer platform for over 125 unique organizations. Brian has also enabled over 500 connections (CXML Punch Out, PO and invoice) with more than 200 suppliers. Brian’s project management capabilities, technical knowledge and support skills bring a unique perspective to projects. This combined with Brian’s focus on the success of the client allows him to help drive projects to completion on budget and on time.
Brice, a proven spend management professional, has worked with clients for more than eight years to strengthen processes and procedures, yielding cost-effective solutions in procure to pay, supply chain, healthcare information technology, and pharmaceutical manufacturing industries. He specializes in identifying clients’ requirements and goals, ensuring expectations are met in the areas of P2P, sourcing, and expenses implementation, optimization, support, and training.
Brice has successfully managed more than 50 client support accounts and performed 25 implementations/upgrades for cloud and on-premise solutions while successfully managing a disparate group of client and third-party individuals. His recent experience includes spend management projects with Trinity Health, Highmark Health, and Banner Health. Prior to his current role at RiseNow, Brice was a support project manager for Cerner.
Carlos is a Director of Implementaton Services with more than 20 years of experience implementing procurement and financial systems including Coupa, Jaggaer, Ariba, PeopleSoft, and Microsoft Dynamics.
Using his Big 4 consulting experience, Carlos helps clients transform their business processes. He has delivered results with 19 source-to-pay implementation and process designs, including four large-scale U.S. and global PeopleSoft implementations, as well as a multi-year global Ariba deployment in 50 countries covering indirect spend, contractor management, and invoice processing.
Carlos assembles and leads local and remote teams, leveraging contractors and clients. He is delivery-focused, ensuring all business requirements are met. Prior to joining RiseNow, Carlos was a consultant for 15 years at Accenture.
Cheryl is a Senior Implemenation Consultant with more than 10 years of supply chain experience from planning to execution. Cheryl facilitates solutions and process workshops to identify clients’ business objectives and project goals, then provides a strategic plan to maximize the value of supply chain solutions.
Cheryl has six years of source-to-pay experience. She has enabled over 360 connections (CXML PunchOut, PO, and invoice) with more than 50 suppliers. Prior to joining RiseNow, Cheryl was employed by Jaggaer. Some of the clients Cheryl has worked with include PWC, IBM, McDonald's, Mayo Clinic, and Methodist Hospital Systems.
Cheryl has a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects. She has coded and tested integrations based on technical specifications, designed and implemented training documentation for clients, and administered user training both onsite and online.
Chris is a Senior Manager with over 15 years of experience managing software projects, consulting, solution architecture and process flow development. With a proven track record for successfully completing countless software implementations, Chris is able to guide organizations toward best practices as well as tailor solutions to their specific S2P and P2P business needs. He understands the full supply chain life cycle, including vendor management, sourcing, contract management, procurement, accounts payable, supplies management and spend reporting.
His experience extends to all major sectors, including higher education, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, commercial and government. Chris has excellent communication skills and strives to understand client-specific business requirements. As a result, he is known for designing and delivering efficient systems and processes that exceed client expectations and produce cost effective business practices and solutions.
Craig, solutions consultant and integration architect for RiseNow, has built a career on analyzing issues, researching, and providing options to customers. His background began as a developer on implementations, writing custom software extensions and integrations. Craig soon took on more functional roles on projects, then began running implementations on his own.
Craig has 12 years of eProcurement experience, with both SaaS and on-premise solutions. Some of his clients include Memorial Sloan Kettering, Southcentral Foundation, and Teleperformance. Breaking problems into smaller pieces and tackling them accordingly is his favorite challenge. He prides himself on his communication skills and upbeat attitude. Craig's motto is: “Let's do this well and have a good time doing it.”
Curt is a director in the RiseNow spend management practice with more than 20 years of management consulting experience, primarily in supply chain and procure to pay. Curt also spent four years focusing on delivering complex source-to-pay Coupa initiatives in the healthcare industry.
Prior to joining RiseNow, Curt worked with Accenture for 14 years, where he implemented and supported enterprise software solutions including PeopleSoft, SAP, Ariba, and Microsoft Dynamics.
Curt has worked successfully with teams of all sizes, including client, consultant, and third-party resources in local, remote, and offshore settings. He’s worked in many industries with deep experience in healthcare, insurance/financial services, and automotive/manufacturing.
Dana is a Senior Manager of Implementation Services who brings more than 20 years of experience in the software industry. She has worked with higher education institutes and large global pharmaceutical companies. She has spent a majority of her time implementing procurement and financial systems including Jaggaer.
Dana’s project management capabilities, knowledge of software implementation, and her technical knowledge brings a unique skill set to projects. This combined with Dana’s focus on the success of the client allows her to help drive projects to completion on budget and on time.
Deb has been with RiseNow since 2016, after retiring from Trinity Health after 40 years. She spent 10 years in the acute care setting in risk management and quality assurance. She then transferred to the corporate office, where she was part of the strategic planning team.
In 2001, Trinity Health had the vision to develop a supply chain function across the organization. Deb was instrumental in taking a decentralized function to a clinically driven supply chain organization.
Deb helped lead consolidation of procure to pay(P2P), which included consolidation of MMIS systems (from several to a single standardized system with one item/vendor file across the organization). She also led the “production function” for purchasing and facilitated the consolidation of the procurement activity across the organization.
Jeff is a Senior Implementation Consultant at RiseNow, and is accomplished in the areas of complex system implementation and integration. He brings more than 18 years of experience in leading integration project teams during systems implementations and integration solutions design. His areas of expertise include project management, solution architecture, and integration development. He has successfully implemented and integrated numerous systems in use around the globe.
Jeff’s adaptability allows him to thrive in changing project environments. He understands both business requirements and technical design, which enables him to manage diverse stakeholder groups. He quickly builds trust with his clients through his thought leadership and professional nature. Prior to his current role with RiseNow, he was the professional services manager at Countermind, LLC.
Manisha is a Spend Management Professional with over 8 years of experience implementing Spend solutions. Prior to RiseNow, she worked with BravoSolution (now known as Jaggaer) where she transformed raw spend data into useful insights helping clients make better business decisions and built automated data processes facilitating reliable repeatable solution. Manisha has worked for several local and global clients some of which are Amcor Limited, BUPA, Air Liquide, Morton Salt, Arriva, World Kitchen.
She has experience in Databases like Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL and Visualization software like Tableau, BravoSolution Spend Analysis Reporting Console and Python Analytics making her a strong Data and Analytics professional.
Meaghan brings over 17 years of experience in the Higher Education industry to the RiseNow Spend Management team. Her experience includes leading successful systems implementation and optimization projects across multiple platforms that include PeopleSoft, Jaggaer, CONCUR, Kuali and Banner while with Accenture, IBM and as a Director and Project Manager at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
With her unique background, and collaborative leadership style, Meaghan is a recognized leader and trusted advisor in the Higher Education industry. She has served on the Upstate New York board of the National Association of Educational Procurement organization and has been asked to speak at several of their national meetings.
Pamela brings more than 25 years of experience in design, development, and integration of large manufacturing and distribution systems. For the past 12 years, she has focused on streamlining S2P and P2P processes to produce more cost effective and efficient business practices. This experience includes multiple global implementations with integrations to multiple ERP platforms.
Pamela’s experience as a Project Manager, developer, and consultant provide her with a broad range of skills for design and implementation of complex solutions on multiple platforms.
Robert is an experienced consultant, working in implementation services at RiseNow. Before joining RiseNow, Robert worked at BuyerQuest, Inc., where he helped implement Fortune 500 companies such as Kimberly-Clark, Kiewit, and Wendy’s, while assisting on many other projects. He also has a strong background in supplier enablement. Robert is a strong, well-spoken, and organized leader who has great communication, planning, and analytical thinking skills.
Prior to consulting, Robert spent four years on active duty in the United States Coast Guard. He served in several U.S. cities, conducting high-risk search and rescue and law enforcement operations. After receiving an honorable discharge in 2010, Robert attended Ohio State University, where he received his BA in business.
Scott brings more than 30 years of experience to Rise now. He is a seasoned IT business relationship partner and strategist for startups to multi-billion-dollar international corporations. Experienced in leading full life cycle ERP implementations for both discrete and process manufactures. Deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical/chemical industry and their associated processes.
Scott’s extensive knowledge of manufacturing methods, predominantly chemical processes, grants a unique perspective to projects and contributes to successful, high-quality implementations.
Steve is RiseNow’s Director of Technical Services with more than 30 years of experience in full life-cycle custom development. He has developed custom solutions for mission-critical, rapid application projects for many well-regarded firms in a variety of industries. Prior to joining RiseNow, Steve was enterprise architect for Chicago Bridge & Iron Company, where he directed the development efforts of iDocs, a custom document management application.
Steve was also Chief Technology Officer for Health Connections Networks, a cloud-based healthcare solution connecting employers, providers, and employees for workers’ compensation cases. He also served as President and Founder of Graphical Business Systems, an advanced technology consulting firm specializing in e-business solutions. Prior to forming Graphical Business Systems, Steve was a technical project manager with Arthur Andersen.
Travis is a Senior Consultant with 7 years of experience implementing eSourcing solutions and strategic sourcing. Travis brings to the table a focus on integrating SaaS based solutions with a clients’ ERP to facilitate design workshops that identify business objectives and goals to best define a supply chain solution.
Prior to consulting, Travis worked in IT Audit before joining BravoSolution where he was able to apply creative solutions to complex challenges for clients such as Premier, JLL, Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield, and The Government of Ontario. Upon joining RiseNow, Travis has taken up a focus in sourcing, contracts, supplier management and integrations, working with multinational organizations based in Europe and Asia.
