We work for our clients, not a particular software vendor. Our allegiance and focus is to delivering successful outcomes for our clients, not in generating commissions or kickbacks from software vendors.
What makes RiseNow unique is that you’ll work directly with seasoned supply chain veterans with 15-20 years of experience who enjoy rolling up their sleeves with you and consistently delivering successful projects.
To avoid surprises during implementation, our team completes rigorous discovery before software contracts are signed to identify potential “gotchas” before it is too late. This process separates the wheat from the chaff to ensure you’ve selected the right solution that will achieve your goals.
Our team’s income is tied to your success criteria, rather than total hours or number of change orders, to ensure your project stays on time and on budget, and delivers your expected outcome.
We promise to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, no matter what. This is because we honor our commitments to our clients. We strive to identify and eliminate barriers and hidden “gotchas” that tend to derail projects. By including a deep discovery process up front, we ensure change orders and new fees don’t surface. What you were promised in the beginning is what you’ll get. No surprises.
We love being held accountable. Our discovery process and experience implementing more than 130 projects mean we know what your project is going to cost and how long it’s going to take. That’s why we encourage our clients to pursue fixed-fee engagements with us. We believe in holding ourselves accountable, too, by aligning our team's incentive compensation to your definition of success instead of how many change orders they get signed or hours they charge.
We’re on your side. Our team works with you throughout the process to navigate the waters of your solution, understand your system, negotiate with your vendor—whatever it takes to ensure your success. We’re also advocates for you. If you put your faith in our team, then our team wants to make you look good so you can advance your organization as well as your career. We want to work together, as an extension of your team, and even have some fun along the way.
Everything inside our organization—methodology, approach, process, people—is designed to achieve your definition of success. This includes completing your project on time and on budget while realizing your goals. We don’t quit. That’s why we tie our team’s compensation to your success. Plus, because we only staff our team with experienced consultants, we ensure measurable outcomes.
